 How do I relax?

SMALL HABITS FOR RELAXATION BEFORE BEDTIME

1.Take a break from electronic devices.


                  


2.Create a bedtime alarm.

            


3.Take a short walk after dinner.

4.Make your bedroom sleep-friendly.

           


5.Have a cup of herbal tea.

          


6.Listen to sounds of nature.

7.Inhale the lavender scent and massage it over your forehead.

8.Massage your feet gently.

9.Take slow breath and try yoga daily.

10.Think positive and be happy 🙂
